Mahjong Zen: Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mahjong Zen mobile game (the "App"), operated by Snow Developers ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Accounts

You may play as a guest, or create an account (email/password, Google, or Apple sign-in). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the App.

3. Virtual Items

The App may include virtual currency and items (for example: gold, energy, boosters, cosmetic tile skins). These:

Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the App.
Are licensed to you, not sold — we may adjust, discontinue, or remove virtual items at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the App; use cheats, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to disrupt the App's servers or other players' experience.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is owned by Snow Developers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snow Developers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
